Our test systems connect the test products to any measurement technology. Therefore, e-tests, in-circuit tests, high-current and HF tests can be performed or products can be flashed.
Fully automatic, semi-automatic and manual systems are available. While the standardised Fineliner can be complemented with various options, our microtester can be customised and additional processes can be integrated. For special requirements, we develop customised test systems from scratch. The test systems can be used either standalone or inline.
All machines can be integrated into the customer’s MES or ERP systems. Remote maintenance for all machines is a matter of course due to remote access as well as a sophisticated log file analyser.
