Our software development tasks are as diverse as our automation solutions. We program in high-level languages, developing a wide variety of algorithms for industrial applications or implement machine interfaces to an MES system, to Labview or to other systems.
At the heart of this is an in-house developed, PC-based machine control system brick.technology.
For years, our machines have facilitated the implementation of Industry 4.0 and are also OPC UA-capable. The machines communicate with the upstream and downstream processes. A sophisticated log file analyser provides information on all current and past machine statuses, which greatly facilitates fault cause analysis and reduces downtimes.
The generation of machine simulations is another area of expertise. During the development of complex machines, this allows us to check the cycle time at an early stage and improve it in advance. Also, processes can be created, tested and optimised in advance of machine commissioning.
Alongside applications for our own machines, we also develop pure software applications, applications for third-party machines, system interfaces and the integration of databases.
