The microtester MCit is a manual test station for single-sided – and optionally double-sided – testing of assembled and bare substrates. The substrates are fed in manually. Adjustment of the position in the X and Y axis, as well as in rotation, can be precisely controlled with the help of the camera system and the adjustment screws. A pneumatic lifting axis is used for automatic contacting.
The MCit microtester is suitable for laboratory use or to debug test programs. The employed adapters can also be used on MicroContact’s semi-automatic and fully automated microtesters.
This microtester is available for substrate sizes up to 8″x8″ and can on request also be customised for larger sizes.
